In exactly a month from today I will be done with classes for the semester! This is an exceptionally wonderful feeling because I had to take my public health midterm exam! I thought that it went very well, there were only 21questions with 2 essays that I had to complete, and I left the class with a good feeling. Hopefully the score will be nice and high! Our public health class was the only class we had today, so the rest of the afternoon we had to ourselves! Katherine and I went to Spar for groceries and on the way back, I remember thinking that this was the first time that grocery shopping didn’t make my blood pressure skyrocket! Well, I guess I thought that way too soon, because as we were a block from home, I felt something wet on my back. I figured that it was just the condensation from the sprite zero that I bought, but as we got to Langerry, my entire back was wet and my jeans were soaked through with some form of liquid. I reached behind my back to hold the backpack away from my back and I could feel a pool of liquid in my backpack. By the time I got upstairs I was dripping a trail and when I finally made it to my kitchen, I learned that it was milk! I was not a happy person, I emptied everything out of the bag and ran into the bathroom to strip off my clothes to throw in the bathtub to wash the milky-sour smell out of my clothes and backpack. I just can’t win on grocery shopping day!
After the spilled milk crisis was averted, I worked on homework the rest of the afternoon and Alex came in with good news…he was found a website where we could watch The Office season 4! We watched the first episode together and I am so happy that Pam and Jim are dating! Yay! Anyway, the rest of the afternoon was pretty low key, I made spaghetti casserole for dinner and just relaxed for the night!
